We looking for someone in the Denver/Front-Range area to provide excellent technical support assistance for our customers. We are locally owned and would love to have someone join our company who adapts well to an ever-changing environment, is internet savvy, and has great detail orientation and organizational skills.
This position will support and resolve customer's issues, create/update trouble tickets, and work between multiple systems to resolve customer issues. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, technical skills, and have a willingness to learn, be trained and develop key technical skills to support our customers.
The initial training period may include several days shadowing onsite technicians to customer sites; there will also be 1 to 2 days per month of similar onsite continuing education required.
Core Functions
- Provide first level phone/email support, understanding & identifying problem and resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
- Ability to assist inexperienced and nontechnical customers in resolving issues.
- Understanding and identifying network and end user issues.
- Professional and excellent customer service, including the ability to stay calm when interfacing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some flexibility/ability to work outside of standard schedule when needed.
- Please note that initially the position will be telecommute but will evolve into an onsite position when our new office opens along the 285 corridor.
Work Environment
- After initial training period the work schedule will be full-time Wednesday through Sunday or potentially Thursday through Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm (some flexibility with schedule). During training schedule will be Mon-Fri.

- Need to have a dedicated work space as the home office (preferably a separate room) and are responsible for maintaining the work space in a safe condition, free from hazards and other dangers to people and equipment. Since you are working over the phone, personal disruptions such as but not limited to children playing, dogs barking, loud music, and non-work-related phone calls are not allowed
