It is a means to monitor and maintain bandwidth capacity to ensure that a minority of heavy users do not adversely affect other users.

If you have exceed your FUP (limits are reset monthly) and the network is busy you may be temporarily deprioritized until the issue has passed.

All of our residential plans come with a generous 1 TB FUP limit that works for most users. If you are a heavy user you may want to consider a SoHo or FiWi plan which comes with a higher FUP.

The installation fee covers the initial setup and configuration to get service at your location (check with sales to get the current standard installation fee) and all installs incur an installation fee (except where service is being transferred from an already existing installed service). A non-standard installation may have a higher cost and would be discussed and approved prior to installation.

In a standard installation a Radio or "dish" is mounted on the roof or exterior of your location and an Ethernet cable is connected through an exterior wall into the interior of the property.  A router, computer or other internet device is then connected there to complete the connection to the Network.

Any equipment (Radio/Dish, PoE adapter, WiFi router, etc.) provided by NETEO is the property of NETEO and is provided for customers uses only while customer has an active NETEO account.
